Do you ship bikes?
Yes. We ship bikes using www.bikeflights.com Your bike will be shipped to you professionally packaged in a cardboard box with approximate dimensions of 55X7X30 inches. The handlebar, front tire and pedals will need to be reinstalled. We recommend having your local bike shop complete reassembly. The shipment will be insured at the purchase price value of the bike.
How do trade-ins work?
We accept trade-ins of bike shop bikes that are less than 20 years old. We do not accept big box store bikes on trade. Bring your bike in to the shop and we will give you a free, fair trade value towards the purchase of a new or pre-owned bike.
Do you buy bikes?
No. We do not buy bikes. We accept bikes on trade but we do not buy bikes outright.
Is there a warranty on pre-owned bikes?
Yes. All of our pre-owned bikes come fully serviced and have a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers all major operating components of the bike. The warranty does not cover accidents, damage or abuse.
Return Policy:
Please ensure your satisfaction with your chosen bike before proceeding to checkout. Restocking fees apply to new bike returns and will be valued as a used bike. Pre-owned bikes are not eligible for return. Restocking fees apply to all unpackaged merchandise. Shipping returns require a return authorization by contacting us by phone or email. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once your order is accepted we will notify you through email. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. Shipping times vary according to availability and are subject to delays for which we are not be responsible. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value.
